A Chicago non-objective painter, Klein exhibited at the Museum of Non-Objective Painting, (Guggenheim), Art Institute of Chicago, San Francisco Museum of Art, National Academy of Design, Laguna Beach Art Association, Oakland Art Gallery and the Institute of Design, and the Library of Congress (1930s- 40s)
